CNA provides a centralized training resource for contractors through monthly dues. CNA provides specialized onsite training and seminars, tapes and other training materials, and enhances productivity and profitability of members.
Business Continuity - CNA serves as a clearing house for contractors who are interested in buying or selling their businesses. CNA training includes Family/Business Interactions, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), Buy/Sell Agreements.
Return on Investment - CNAs goal is the contractors investment in dues will be recovered many times over by the increased profits from the specific scheduled training as well as from the sharing of ideas and secrets with other CNA Members, plus discounts & rebates.
Discounts - CNA Group Buying Discounts will be available to the CNA dealer, helping to improve profitability as well as to offset the training investment, plus clout in handling product complaints.
Membership Approval - New members may join the network for a preliminary ninety day trial period. During the trial period, both the member and CNA Membership Committee will have the opportunity to decide if it is in the best interest of all parties to continue.
Guarantee - Members satisfaction is critical to the success of CNA. To assure new members satisfisfaction they can stop membership immediately following their first CNA meeting, if they feel CNA will not be helpful.
Membership Committee - The Committee approves each new applicant following the 90 day trial period. Permanent members are on a monthly agreement and may cancel at any time. The committee may cancel a member due to violations of the CNA Code of Ethics or membership agreement.
