Boards & Committees
CNA's direction and policies are established by its Board of Directors. The Board consists of the initial founding members and such others as elected in accordance with the Business Charter.
Committees of members will be the driving force in CNA. Committees and assignments will be established for specific business needs as mandated by the membership so that CNA can be responsive directly to its members' needs.
Reporting to this committee are the Government Affairs Committee, Services Committee, Compliance/Safety Committee, Professional Staff, Consultants, Membership & Recruiting Committee, Research & Development Committee, Organization & Development Committee, Training Committee, and the Membership Committee. The Executive Director will help the CNA Managers Committee with over all management of the Organization.
CNA Personnel & Consultant Plan
Our existing programs will be supplemented and enhanced by programs developed by successful CNA networked dealers, and programs developed by outside speakers or vendors, as reviewed and approved from time to time by the Board of Directors. CNA will use every available resource to insure the finest in programming for members.
